Surf Lessons, Padang Padang, Bali, Surf Report

3rd November 2014:
Today the Beginners group headed to Padang Padang for early morning session. Waves were mostly clean breaking and smaller than yesterday around waist height, with some of the bigger sets reaching chest height. Everyone had lots of fun and some medium rides for everyone. The intermediate groups headed to Balangan this morning for some left hand rides, with waist height clean breaking runs for everyone. This afternoon Beginners will head back to Padang Padang with the intermediate group staying at Balangan. Swell was smaller yesterday with sunny spells and light offshore winds.

2nd November 2014:
Beginners group this morning went down to Padang Padang, sets were much more consistant than yesterday chest height non clean breaking but with lots of short fun rides for everyone, including out first timers. The small advanced group went out to Uluwatu today head height also not clean breaks closing across the waves with inconsistent sets. In the afternoon both groups will return to the same beaches as this morning. Swell was similar size to yesterday, sunny with light offshore winds.

Surf Guiding, Uluwatu, Bali, Surf Report

1st November 2014:
Advanced group went to Uluwatu this morning big sets with overhead height clean breaking waves, great small group session with plenty of rides for everyone (see photos.) The beginners group went out for an early morning session at Pandang Padang with mostly waist height, non clean breaking waves some short rides great for beginners. For the afternoon session both groups will go out to Dreamland. Swell was smaller overall than yesterday, intermittent clouds with calm onshore winds
