The waves were smooth, and the lefts were running nicely across the rock shelf. The surfers worked on improving their stance- trying to keep one hand over each rail for stability and the back knee turned inward rather than outward. These are key concepts that make up the functional stance, which a surfer must master to make it to the next level.

Dreamland is a great next step after learning the ropes at Padang Padang. The wave is just a little more challenging but moves slow enough to keep things to a beginner-friendly level.
