Intermediate surf guiding at Geger Left

This morning, the crew paddled out to the beautiful peaks at Geger Left, with Nusa Penida, Nusa Lembongan, and Mount Agung in the distance. The waves were in the shoulder-high range, with larger waves breaking at Geger Right. The wind was light offshore, and the waves were clean.
Everyone had a great time and enjoyed the relaxed session.

The key to getting good waves at Geger Left is to watch carefully for the waves that have a nice tapered wall to them. The peaks are shifty and many waves run quickly. With careful wave selection, you can get some really good rides.

Beginner Surf Lessons at Padang Padang

Small wave fun at Padang Padang today! It’s another beautiful day in Bali, with waist-high waves, offshore winds, a calm sea, and plenty of sunshine. The crowds were minimal, with most surfers heading to other breaks around the island. Baby Padang’s left was delivering long, slow, and predictable rides—perfect for our developing surfers to build confidence and make steady progress.

Days like this are common during Bali’s wet season. With patience and a good eye on the conditions, you can score fun, uncrowded waves and enjoy the tranquility of Bali’s tropical surf scene.

Intermediate Surf Guiding At Green Bowl

With a small swell and clean conditions, our intermediate surfers headed to the scenic reef break at Greenbowl. They were greeted by a stunning morning, with an offshore breeze and a calm, clear ocean. The swell had eased since yesterday, offering shoulder-high waves that provided clean, organized right-handers with fun turn sections.

When the swell drops, Bali’s south coast breaks are ideal. They pick up lots of swell and feature well-shaped reefs, making for excellent tropical surf sessions. Greenbowl was the perfect choice today for those seeking quality waves in beautiful conditions.

Intermediate surf guiding at Geger Left

Great waves at Geger Left this morning! The swell has dropped in size since yesterday, but there were still plenty of fun waves at the more exposed breaks. The wind was blowing steady offshore, and the surf was mostly in the shoulder-high range with a few bigger sets. The waves broke in fast, tapered lines, requiring the surfers to pop up and get going down the line quickly.

Geger Left is a great wave on smaller wet season days like today. One of the various peaks will nearly always have a wave, and you can count on it being offshore or about to turn offshore.

Advanced surf guiding at Uluwatu

We’re starting the new year with a session at Uluwatu—our favorite spot. This morning, the wet season wind eased, allowing light offshore breezes over the Uluwatu area. Waves ranged from shoulder to head high, with clean, organized sets rolling in under smooth sea conditions. Surfers made the most of the opportunity to enjoy a few fun waves at this iconic break at a manageable size.
