Excellent day for our beginners and intermediate surfers today. Both groups had excellent surf sessions this morning.

Beginners went to Balangan to have surf lessons at this scenic location with white sand beach. Swell is the same as yesterday, a bit small. Conditions are clean and very quiet with gentle offshore wind. No other surfers in the water in the early morning and waves are waist high to chest high.

In the meantime, our intermediate group dawn patrolled Uluwatu this morning. Excellent conditions to learn some new surf maneuvers. Waves are fun chest to shoulder high or head high.

This morning our camera went to Baby Padang where surf lessons for our beginners took place. Swell is still dropping but larger swell forecast to arrive later today or tomorrow.  Anyway, our novice surfers are happy to surf at one of their favorite spot. Conditions are not perfect but still comfortable for learning. Fresh cross- to onshore wind caused some chop on the water. Waves size is chest waist to chest high on sets. Great session!

Today our beginners went to Blackstone to make their first steps in surfing after which their lives won’t be the same anymore. With surfing it is always like that so don’t be surprised when you tried it once upon a time. Conditions at Blackstone are excellent for beginner’s surf lessons today. Bright sunny day with light offshore wind. Really fun waves are knee high to waist high or chest high on sets.

Surfing is one of the most difficult and, at the same time, on of the most exciting sports in the world. Having once tried and it certainly will always be with you no matter what your age is. Even one day without surfing and you get this feeling that something is missing. Following this feeling our beginners headed to the East Coast of Bukit Peninsula to had surf lessons at Blackstone. Conditions has been changed since our last surf session. The trades turned onshore on the West Coast and made waves really difficult to ride here so East Coast is the place to surf on the next following days. Swell size is not big and wind got stronger so waves are knee to waist high or chest high on some sets
