Beginner and intermediate groups surfed Balangan at down this morning for long sessions, waist hight on some sets, light offshore wind,(see photos). Advanced group dawn patrolled Uluwatu again and enjoyed perfect conditions on the Racetrack section. long rides everybody had fun sessions. winds Perfect morning surfing. Sunny, light offshore.
